The Odyssey OTT Release Date in India
The The Odyssey OTT release date in India has not been officially confirmed. Reports suggest that the film could arrive on a subscription streaming service around February 2027, with JioHotstar mentioned as a possible platform.
Before that, Indian viewers may get an opportunity to rent or purchase the movie digitally. A report published by The Week on October 6, 2026, points to November 17 as the expected digital release date.
These are two different release windows. Digital rental or purchase usually requires a separate payment, while subscription streaming allows eligible members to watch a title under their existing plan.
Until the Indian distributor or streaming service makes an official announcement, the subscription date and platform should be treated as unconfirmed.
Where to Watch The Odyssey Online
The reported digital release options include Apple TV and the Prime Video Store, depending on regional availability. Fandango at Home has also been mentioned in reports concerning the US digital release.
These services may offer the film for rental or purchase rather than include it in a standard subscription. Availability, pricing and launch dates can vary by country.
Netflix has not been confirmed as the film's subscription streaming destination in the reports reviewed for this article.
The Odyssey OTT Release Worldwide
The film's online release schedule may differ across countries because digital distribution and streaming arrangements are often region-specific.
United States
Peacock is the expected subscription streaming destination in the United States. Current reports point towards a February 2027 release window, although the exact date remains unconfirmed.
American viewers may have an earlier option through digital rental or purchase, subject to the final availability on supported platforms.
United Kingdom and Other Countries
A confirmed worldwide subscription release schedule is not yet available in the information reviewed for this article. The US streaming arrangement should not automatically be assumed to apply to the United Kingdom, Europe or other international markets.
Viewers should check local digital stores and streaming catalogues for country-specific updates.
Will The Odyssey Be Available in Hindi?
Hindi-speaking audiences may be interested in watching the film with Hindi audio. However, an official confirmation of Hindi dubbing for the Indian digital or subscription release has not been established.
Audio and subtitle options can vary by platform and region. Viewers should check the language details listed on the service before renting, purchasing or streaming the movie.
The Odyssey: Story and Cast
Directed by Christopher Nolan, The Odyssey adapts the legendary Greek tale associated with Homer.
The story follows Odysseus, played by Matt Damon, on his dangerous journey home after the Trojan War. His return involves extraordinary challenges, mythical dangers and a struggle to reunite with his family.
The film features a large ensemble cast, including Tom Holland, Anne Hathaway, Robert Pattinson, Zendaya, Lupita Nyong'o and Charlize Theron.
Its combination of classical mythology, adventure and Nolan's filmmaking style makes the movie one to watch for audiences interested in epic Hollywood productions.
Final Update
The Odyssey is expected to arrive on digital rental and purchase platforms in November 2026, while its subscription streaming release may follow in 2027. Peacock is the expected US destination, and JioHotstar has been mentioned in reports concerning India. Neither country's final subscription release date should be treated as confirmed until an official announcement is available.
